Na kraju krajeva, mo\u017eete jesti uravnote\u017eenu i zdravu prehranu. Osim toga, svako pakovanje dodatka prehrani je propisano zakonom: &#8220;Dodaci prehrani nisu zamjena za uravnote\u017eenu i zdravu ishranu i na\u010din \u017eivota.&#8221; Nitko to ne pori\u010de: u osnovi mo\u017eete jesti tako zdravo i uravnote\u017eeno da se ne mora dogoditi nedostatak vitamina i elemenata u tragovima, kao i omega-3 masnih kiselina iz riblje DHA i EPA. Izme\u0111u ostalog, DGE e.V. preporu\u010duje jesti najmanje pet porcija svje\u017eeg vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a dnevno i masnu morsku ribu dva puta \u017eena izme\u0111u 19 i 35 godina, jede na takav na\u010din da veliki dio njih ima nedostatak \u010ditavog niza vitamina, elemenata u tragovima i minerala.<br \/>\nDokaz za to je studija koju je naru\u010dilo Federalno ministarstvo hrane, poljoprivrede i za\u0161tite potro\u0161a\u010da (<em>National Consumption Study 2008<\/em>).<br \/>\nPrehrambene navike preko 20.000 Nijemaca su zabilje\u017eene i detaljno analizirane u periodu od jedne godine.<br \/>\nUdio \u017eena izme\u0111u 19 i 35 godina koje \u010dak i ne uzimaju preporu\u010denu minimalnu koli\u010dinu (NRV) u stvarnosti je:     <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Folna kiselina: 80% \u017eena je ispod minimalnog NRV od 200 mcg dnevno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin B1: 29% \u017eena je ispod minimalnog NRV od 1,0 mcg dnevno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin B2: 24% \u017eena je ispod minimalnog NRV od 1,4 mcg dnevno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin B6: 14% \u017eena je ispod minimalnog NRV od 1,4 mcg dnevno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin B12: 30% \u017eena je ispod minimalnog NRV od 2,5 mcg dnevno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin D: 93% \u017eena je ispod minimalnog NRV od 5 mcg dnevno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin C: 32% \u017eena je ispod minimalnog NRV od 80 mg <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>81% \u017eena ne konzumira dovoljno \u017eeljeza,<\/li>\n<li>21% ne konzumira dovoljno cinka,<\/li>\n<li>32% ne konzumira dovoljno magnezija<\/li>\n<li>51% ne konzumira dovoljno tijekom trudno\u0107e treba jesti za dvoje.<br \/>\nTo je zapanjuju\u0107e, ali nije sasvim u redu.<br \/>\nTo je zato \u0161to trudnica treba samo oko 15% &#8211; 20% dodatne energije (ugljikohidrati, proteini, masti) \u010dak i u drugom i tre\u0107em tromjese\u010dju.<br \/>\nU prvom tromjese\u010dju, dodatna potreba za energijom je samo 10%.<br \/>\nMe\u0111utim, trudnici je potrebno 50% do 100% vi\u0161e raznih vitamina i elemenata u tragovima &#8211; a u nekim slu\u010dajevima i prije trudno\u0107e (folna kiselina!).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style
