raznolike prehrane je dobro u svakoj fazi \u017eivota &#8211; \u010dak i tijekom trudno\u0107e, jer nero\u0111eno dijete jede kroz pup\u010danu vrpcu.<br \/>\nTrudnice bi tako\u0111er trebale po\u0161tovati ova pravila.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-jqnzmvnd-b47c80dbffcf1edbb8189c95810b5e89 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" Trudnice trebaju razmi\u0161ljati za dvoje ljudi, ali ne bi trebale <strong>jesti za dvoje<\/strong>.<br \/>\nEnergetske potrebe budu\u0107ih majki pove\u0107avaju se samo pred kraj trudno\u0107e i to samo relativno neznatno.<br \/>\nKao pravilo, to mo\u017ee biti <strong>deset posto vi\u0161e<\/strong> kalorija koje su do sada konzumirane (kcal).<br \/>\nTo odgovara oko 250 kcal dnevno ili, na primjer, jogurt od 150 grama s malo vo\u0107a i \u0161akom mueslija bez \u0161e\u0107era.<br \/>\nTrudnice bi tako\u0111er trebale konzumirati pi\u0107a koja su \u0161to je mogu\u0107e bez kalorija, kao \u0161to su voda i \u010dajevi bez \u0161e\u0107era.<br \/>\nTako\u0111er je dobro jesti puno biljne i malo \u017eivotinjske hrane i preferirati meso i kobasice s niskim udjelom masti kao djetetu.<br \/>\nTrudnice bi stoga trebale obratiti pa\u017enju na ove stvari: <strong>Ne jedite<\/strong> sirovu hranu \u017eivotinjskog podrijetla, na primjer bez sirovog mlijeka ili odgovaraju\u0107ih proizvoda, bez sirovog mesa i bez sirove ribe.<br \/>\nAko je potrebno, jedite samo tvrdo kuhana jaja kako biste bili za\u0161ti\u0107eni od infekcije salmonelom.     <\/p>\n<h3>Trebate li jesti vegetarijansko tijekom trudno\u0107e?<\/h3>\n<p>  Uz uravnote\u017eenu i raznoliku vegetarijansku ishranu, koja uklju\u010duje povr\u0107e, vo\u0107e, mahunarke i proizvode od cjelovitih \u017eitarica, mlijeko i mlije\u010dne proizvode, kao i jaja, potreba za ve\u0107inom hranjivih tvari tijekom trudno\u0107e mo\u017ee se pokriti.<br \/>\nVegetarijanci, kao i sve trudnice, tako\u0111er bi trebali uzimati folnu kiselinu, jod i, ako ne jedu redovno ribu, omega-3 masne kiseline DHA i EPA.   <\/p>\n<h3>Mo\u017eete li jesti veganski tijekom trudno\u0107e?<\/h3>\n<p>  Kako bi se osiguralo da je nero\u0111eno dijete dovoljno snabdjeveno svim hranjivim tvarima i da se mo\u017ee zdravo razvijati, trudnice bi trebale imati zalihe hranjivih tvari kao \u0161to su vitamin B12, DHA, cink, proteini, \u017eeljezo, kalcij i jod provjerene od strane lije\u010dnika.<br \/>\nVjerojatno \u0107e biti potrebno uzimati razne dodatke prehrani kako bi se u potpunosti pokrile prehrambene potrebe i potrebe djeteta.   <\/p>\n<h3>Koliko kafe mogu da popijem kada sam trudna?<\/h3>\n<p>  Trudnice ne moraju u potpunosti odustati od kave i drugih napitaka
