carencia de yodo, a pesar de que ya consum\u00edan sal yodada.<br \/>\nEn el grupo de edad de 25 a 34 a\u00f1os, el 60,9% tiene una ingesta insuficiente de yodo, y en el grupo de edad de 35 a 50 a\u00f1os, m\u00e1s de la mitad est\u00e1 afectada por una carencia de yodo.<br \/>\nSi no se utiliza sal de mesa yodada para cocinar, entre el 99,1 % y el 97,4 % de las mujeres de 19 a 50 a\u00f1os comprimidos todos los d\u00edas desde el principio del embarazo, ya que la mayor necesidad de yodo es dif\u00edcil de satisfacer mediante la alimentaci\u00f3n normal. A esto se a\u00f1ade el hecho de que las mujeres embarazadas necesitan a\u00fan m\u00e1s yodo: la carencia de yodo demostrada ser\u00eda correspondientemente mayor.<em>\u00abLa demanda de profilaxis de la carencia de yodo en Alemania se aplica sobre todo a las mujeres durante el embarazo y la lactancia<\/em>\u00ab, dice la Oficina Federal de Sanidad.<br \/>\nAl igual que el Instituto Federal de Protecci\u00f3n de la Salud del Consumidor, recomienda las siguientes medidas<br \/>\n1. uso exclusivo de sal de mesa yodada o de sustitutos de la sal de mesa yodada en el hogar.<br \/>\n2. favorecer los alimentos producidos con sal de mesa yodada, especialmente el pan y los productos c\u00e1rnicos<br \/>\n3. consumo regular de pescado de mar.<br \/>\nEl pescado de mar es a la vez una buena fuente natural de yodo y un proveedor de los importantes \u00e1cidos grasos omega-3 DHA y EPA.<br \/>\nLa leche tambi\u00e9n contiene yodo.<br \/>\n4. Ingesta diaria adicional de 150 a 200 \u00b5g, por ejemplo en forma de complementos alimenticios adaptados a las necesidades del embarazo.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
