en realidad ni siquiera consumen la cantidad m\u00ednima recomendada (VRN) es:     <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c1cido f\u00f3lico: el 80% de las mujeres est\u00e1n por debajo del VRN m\u00ednimo de 200 mcg diarios,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina B1: el 29% de las mujeres est\u00e1n por debajo del VRN m\u00ednimo de 1,0 mcg diarios,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina B2: el 24% de las mujeres est\u00e1n por debajo del VRN m\u00ednimo de 1,4 mcg diarios,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina B6: el 14% de las mujeres est\u00e1n por debajo del VRN m\u00ednimo de 1,4 mcg diarios,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina B12: el 30% de las mujeres est\u00e1n por debajo del VRN m\u00ednimo de 2,5 mcg diarios,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina D: el 93% de las mujeres est\u00e1n por debajo del VRN m\u00ednimo de 5 mcg diarios,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina C: el 32% de las mujeres est\u00e1n por debajo del VRN m\u00ednimo de 80 mg diarios,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina E: el 48% de las mujeres est\u00e1n por debajo del VRN m\u00ednimo de 12 mg
