qu&rsquo;elles consomment d\u00e9j\u00e0 du sel iod\u00e9.<br \/>\nDans le groupe d&rsquo;\u00e2ge des 25-34 ans, ce sont 60,9% qui n&rsquo;ont pas un apport suffisant en iode et chez les 35-50 ans, plus de la moiti\u00e9 sont touch\u00e9s par une carence en iode.<br \/>\nSi aucun sel iod\u00e9 n&rsquo;est utilis\u00e9 pour cuisiner, entre 99,1 % et 97,4 % des femmes de 19 \u00e0 50 ans ne \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;exigence d&rsquo;une prophylaxie de la carence en iode en Allemagne s&rsquo;applique en particulier aux femmes pendant la grossesse et l&rsquo;allaitement<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, d\u00e9clare \u00e9galement l&rsquo;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la sant\u00e9 publique.<br \/>\nIl recommande &#8211; tout comme l&rsquo;Institut f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pour la protection de la sant\u00e9 des consommateurs &#8211; les mesures suivantes :<br \/>\n1. l&rsquo;utilisation exclusive de sel de cuisine iod\u00e9 ou de substitut de sel de cuisine iod\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9nages.<br \/>\n2. privil\u00e9gier les aliments fabriqu\u00e9s avec du sel de table iod\u00e9, notamment le pain et les produits carn\u00e9s.<br \/>\n3. consommer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement du poisson de mer.<br \/>\nEn effet, le poisson de mer est \u00e0 la fois une bonne source naturelle d&rsquo;iode et un fournisseur d&rsquo;acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 essentiels DHA et EPA.<br \/>\nLe lait contient \u00e9galement de l&rsquo;iode.<br \/>\n4. un apport quotidien suppl\u00e9mentaire de 150 \u00e0 200 \u00b5g &#8211; par exemple sous la forme d&rsquo;un
