En effet, il est possible d&rsquo;avoir une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et saine. La loi stipule d&rsquo;ailleurs sur chaque emballage de compl\u00e9ment alimentaire que \u00ab\u00a0les compl\u00e9ments alimentaires ne peuvent se substituer \u00e0 une alimentation et \u00e0 un mode de vie \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s et sains\u00a0\u00bb. Personne ne le conteste : on peut en principe avoir une alimentation suffisamment saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter les carences en vitamines et en oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments, ainsi qu&rsquo;en acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 issus du poisson DHA et EPA. La DGE e.V. recommande entre autres de manger au moins cinq portions de fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais par jour et du poisson de mer gras deux fois par semaine.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style r\u00e9alit\u00e9, l&rsquo;ensemble de la population, et en particulier les femmes entre 19 et 35 ans, s&rsquo;alimentent de telle mani\u00e8re qu&rsquo;une grande partie d&rsquo;entre elles pr\u00e9sentent des carences en toute une s\u00e9rie de vitamines, d&rsquo;oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments et de min\u00e9raux.<br \/>\nUne \u00e9tude command\u00e9e par le minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand de l&rsquo;alimentation, de l&rsquo;agriculture et de la protection des consommateurs en a apport\u00e9 la preuve<em>(\u00e9tude nationale sur la consommation 2008<\/em>).<br \/>\nLes habitudes alimentaires de plus de 20.000 Allemands ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es et analys\u00e9es avec pr\u00e9cision pendant un an.<br \/>\nLe pourcentage de femmes entre 19 et 35 ans qui, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ne consomment m\u00eame pas la quantit\u00e9 minimale recommand\u00e9e (NRV) est de :     <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acide folique : 80% des femmes se situent en dessous de la VNR minimale de 200 mcg par jour,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine B1 : 29% des femmes se situent en dessous de la VNR minimale de 1,0 mcg par jour,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine B2 : 24% des femmes se situent en dessous de la VNR minimale de 1,4 mcg par jour,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine B6 : 14% des femmes ont des apports inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la VNR minimale de 1,4 mcg par jour,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine B12 : 30% des femmes ont des apports inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la VNR minimale de 2,5 mcg par jour,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine D : 93% des femmes ont un taux inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la VNR minimale de 5 mcg par jour,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine C : 32% des femmes ont des apports inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la VNR minimale de 80 mg par jour,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine E : 48% des femmes ont des apports inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la VNR minimale de 12 mg par population devrait et devrait modifier consid\u00e9rablement son alimentation afin de consommer un minimum de micronutriments (vitamines, oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments, acides gras essentiels, acides amin\u00e9s).<br \/>\nUne suppl\u00e9mentation alimentaire &#8211; et donc une am\u00e9lioration cibl\u00e9e de l&rsquo;apport en vitamines et oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels &#8211; peut aider \u00e0 combler ces d\u00e9ficits, en particulier pendant la grossesse.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
