\/>\nLes besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des futures m\u00e8res n&rsquo;augmentent qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin de la grossesse, et encore relativement peu.<br \/>\nEn r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il peut s&rsquo;agir de <strong>dix pour cent de plus<\/strong> que les calories (kcal) consomm\u00e9es jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<br \/>\nCela correspond \u00e0 environ 250 kcal par jour ou, par exemple, \u00e0 un yaourt de 150 grammes avec quelques fruits et une poign\u00e9e de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales sans sucre.<br \/>\nLes femmes enceintes doivent \u00e9galement consommer autant que possible des boissons non caloriques telles que de l&rsquo;eau et des infusions sans sucre.<br \/>\nIl est \u00e9galement conseill\u00e9 de consommer beaucoup d&rsquo;aliments d&rsquo;origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et peu d&rsquo;aliments d&rsquo;origine animale et, si vous \u00eates une mangeuse de viande, de privil\u00e9gier les viandes et les charcuteries maigres.<br \/>\nLes femmes future m\u00e8re ne sait pas encore qu&rsquo;elle a de la chance.<br \/>\nImportant : que vous preniez de l&rsquo;acide folique synth\u00e9tique ou du folate bioactif peut faire une diff\u00e9rence croissance<\/a>.<br \/>\nMangez donc r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des aliments riches en iode, comme le lait, les produits laitiers et les poissons de mer, et utilisez du sel iod\u00e9.<br \/>\nSi vous souffrez d&rsquo;une maladie de la thyro\u00efde, consultez votre m\u00e9decin au sujet des comprim\u00e9s d&rsquo;iode.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section \/>\nBien que ces infections soient relativement rares, elles peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9judiciables \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfant \u00e0 na\u00eetre.<br \/>\nLes femmes enceintes doivent donc faire attention \u00e0 ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments : Ne mangez pas d&rsquo;aliments d&rsquo;origine animale <strong>crus<\/strong>, par exemple du lait cru ou des produits \u00e9quivalents, de la viande crue ou du poisson cru.<br \/>\nNe mangez que des \u0153ufs durs, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, afin d&rsquo;\u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9e contre une infection par la salmonelle.     <\/p>\n<h3>Faut-il manger v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien pendant la grossesse ?<\/h3>\n<p>  Une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et vari\u00e9e, comprenant des l\u00e9gumes, des fruits, des l\u00e9gumineuses et des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, mais aussi du lait et des produits laitiers ainsi que des \u0153ufs, permet de couvrir les besoins de la plupart des nutriments pendant la grossesse.<br \/>\nLes v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes, comme toutes les femmes enceintes, doivent toutefois prendre en plus de l&rsquo;acide folique, de l&rsquo;iode et, si elles ne mangent pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de poisson, des acides gras om\u00e9ga-3 DHA et EPA.   <\/p>\n<h3>Peut-on suivre un r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9talien pendant la grossesse ?<\/h3>\n<p>  Pour que l&rsquo;enfant \u00e0 na\u00eetre re\u00e7oive tous les nutriments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 son bon d\u00e9veloppement, les femmes enceintes v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes devraient demander \u00e0 leur m\u00e9decin de v\u00e9rifier leur apport en nutriments tels que la vitamine B12, le DHA, le zinc, les prot\u00e9ines, le fer, le calcium et l&rsquo;iode.<br \/>\nIl sera probablement n\u00e9cessaire de prendre diff\u00e9rents compl\u00e9ments alimentaires
