dipende dall&#8217;apporto di iodio della madre.<br \/>\nLa tiroide del bambino inizia a funzionare in modo indipendente gi\u00e0 a partire dalla 14a settimana di gravidanza.<br \/>\nLa produzione di \u00e8 un elemento essenziale dell&#8217;ormone tiroideo chiamato tetraiodotironina o tiroxina (in breve T3), che viene prodotto nella ghiandola tiroidea e controlla, tra le altre cose, la velocit\u00e0 del metabolismo.<br \/>\nL&#8217;oligoelemento \u00e8 anche coinvolto nel controllo della crescita, della formazione delle ossa e dello sviluppo cerebrale del bambino nel grembo materno.<br \/>\nUn apporto sufficiente di iodio pu\u00f2 ridurre il rischio di disturbi dello sviluppo, malformazioni e aborti spontanei.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n\n<style considerazione le abitudini alimentari di oltre 20.000 persone.<br \/>\nSecondo lo studio, gran parte della popolazione consuma troppo zucchero e farina, ma non abbastanza vitamine e oligoelementi.<br \/>\nPer quanto riguarda lo iodio, questo studio sul consumo nazionale (NVS, rapporto sui risultati parte 2) ha rivelato che il 74% delle donne di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 19 e i 24 anni analizzate presenta una carenza di iodio, anche se consuma gi\u00e0 sale iodato.<br \/>\nNella fascia di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 25 e i 34 anni, il 60,9% ha un apporto insufficiente di iodio e nella fascia di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 35 e i 50 anni, pi\u00f9 della met\u00e0 \u00e8 affetta da carenza di iodio.<br \/>\nSe non si utilizza sale da cucina iodato, tra il 99,1% e il 97,4% delle donne di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 19 e i 50 anni non soddisfa il fabbisogno minimo giornaliero di iodio con la normale alimentazione.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" durante la gravidanza?<\/h2>\n<p>  Il Gruppo di Lavoro sulla Carenza di Iodio e le associazioni di categoria raccomandano l&#8217;assunzione di 150-200 microgrammi di iodio sotto forma di compresse ogni giorno a partire dall&#8217;inizio della gravidanza, poich\u00e9 l&#8217;aumentato fabbisogno di iodio \u00e8 difficile da soddisfare attraverso la normale alimentazione. A ci\u00f2 si aggiunge il fatto che le future mamme hanno bisogno di ancora pi\u00f9 iodio: la carenza di iodio accertata sarebbe di conseguenza maggiore.<em>&#8220;La richiesta di profilassi per la carenza di iodio in Germania riguarda in particolare le donne durante la gravidanza e l&#8217;allattamento<\/em>&#8220;, afferma l&#8217;Ufficio Federale della Sanit\u00e0.<br \/>\nCome l&#8217;Istituto Federale per la Protezione della Salute dei Consumatori, raccomanda le seguenti misure:<br \/>\n1. uso esclusivo di sale da cucina iodato o di sostituti del sale da tavola iodato in casa.<br \/>\n2. privilegiare gli alimenti prodotti con sale da cucina iodato, soprattutto pane e prodotti a base di carne.<br \/>\n3. consumo regolare di pesce di mare.<br \/>\nQuesto perch\u00e9 il pesce di mare \u00e8 una buona fonte naturale di iodio e fornisce gli importanti acidi grassi omega-3 DHA ed EPA.<br \/>\nAnche il latte contiene iodio.<br \/>\n4. assunzione supplementare di 150-200 \u00b5g al giorno, ad esempio sotto forma di integratori alimentari adatti alle esigenze della gravidanza.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" iodio \u00e8 molto diffusa anche quando si utilizza sale da cucina iodato.<br \/>\nSoprattutto durante la gravidanza e l&#8217;allattamento, un apporto supplementare \u00e8 importante per lo sviluppo sano del bambino e per l&#8217;equilibrio ormonale.<br \/>\nUn integratore alimentare con 150 \u00b5g &#8211; 200 \u00b5g di iodio (ad esempio amitamin\u00ae fertil F) pu\u00f2 quindi dare un valido
