Dopo tutto, \u00e8 possibile seguire una dieta sana ed equilibrata. Per legge, inoltre, su tutte le confezioni di integratori alimentari \u00e8 riportata la seguente dicitura: &#8220;Gli integratori alimentari non sostituiscono una dieta e uno stile di vita equilibrati e sani&#8221;. Nessuno lo contesta: in genere \u00e8 possibile seguire una dieta sana ed equilibrata che non prevede carenze di vitamine e oligoelementi o degli acidi grassi omega-3 del pesce DHA ed EPA. Tra le altre cose, il DGE e.V. raccomanda di consumare almeno cinque porzioni di frutta e verdura fresca al giorno e pesce di mare grasso due volte a l&#8217;intera popolazione e in particolare il gruppo di donne tra i 19 e i 35 anni mangiano in modo tale che una grande percentuale di loro ha carenze di tutta una serie di vitamine, oligoelementi e minerali.<br \/>\nUno studio commissionato dal Ministero Federale dell&#8217;Alimentazione, dell&#8217;Agricoltura e della Protezione dei Consumatori ne ha fornito la prova<em>(National Consumption Study 2008<\/em>).<br \/>\nLe abitudini alimentari di oltre 20.000 tedeschi sono state registrate con precisione e analizzate nel corso di un anno.<br \/>\nLa percentuale di donne tra i 19 e i 35 anni che in realt\u00e0 non consumano nemmeno la quantit\u00e0 minima raccomandata (NRV) \u00e8:     <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acido folico: l&#8217;80% delle donne \u00e8 al di sotto del NRV minimo di 200 mcg al giorno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina B1: il 29% delle donne \u00e8 al di sotto del NRV minimo di 1,0 mcg al giorno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina B2: il 24% delle donne \u00e8 al di sotto del NRV minimo di 1,4 mcg al giorno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina B6: il 14% delle donne \u00e8 al di sotto del NRV minimo di 1,4 mcg al giorno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina B12: il 30% delle donne \u00e8 al di sotto del NRV minimo di 2,5 mcg al giorno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina D: il 93% delle donne \u00e8 al di sotto del NRV minimo di 5 mcg al giorno,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamina C: il 32% delle donne \u00e8 al di sotto del NRV minimo di 80 mg al maggioranza della popolazione dovrebbe e deve modificare notevolmente la propria dieta per assumere un livello minimo di micronutrienti (vitamine, oligoelementi, acidi grassi essenziali, aminoacidi).<br \/>\nGli integratori alimentari &#8211; e quindi il miglioramento mirato dell&#8217;assunzione di vitamine e oligoelementi essenziali &#8211; possono aiutare a compensare questi
