equilibrata e varia \u00e8 utile in qualsiasi fase della vita &#8211; anche durante la gravidanza, dato che il nascituro mangia attraverso il cordone ombelicale.<br \/>\nAnche le donne in gravidanza 250 kcal al giorno o, per esempio, a uno yogurt da 150 grammi con un po&#8217; di frutta e una manciata di muesli senza zucchero.<br \/>\nLe donne in gravidanza dovrebbero anche consumare bevande senza calorie, come acqua e t\u00e8 senza zucchero, quando possibile.<br \/>\nInoltre, \u00e8 bene mangiare molti alimenti di origine vegetale e pochi alimenti di origine animale e, in quanto mangiatrici di carne, prediligere carne e insaccati a basso contenuto di grassi.<br \/>\nLe donne in gravidanza dovrebbero essere parsimoniose con grassi, oli, dolci, snack e crescita ha bisogno di<strong>iodio<\/strong> per un sano sviluppo fisico e mentale<\/a>.<br \/>\nPer questo motivo, consuma regolarmente alimenti ricchi di iodio come latte, latticini e pesce di mare <\/p>\n<h3>Dovresti mangiare cibo vegetariano durante la gravidanza?<\/h3>\n<p>  Una dieta vegetariana equilibrata e varia, che includa verdura, frutta, legumi e prodotti integrali, oltre a latte e latticini e uova, pu\u00f2 coprire il fabbisogno della maggior parte dei nutrienti durante la gravidanza.<br \/>\nTuttavia, come tutte le donne in gravidanza, anche le vegetariane dovrebbero assumere acido folico e iodio e, se non mangiano pesce regolarmente, gli acidi grassi omega-3 DHA ed EPA.   <\/p>\n<h3>\u00c8 possibile seguire una dieta vegana durante la gravidanza?<\/h3>\n<p>  Per garantire che il nascituro riceva tutti i nutrienti necessari e possa svilupparsi in modo sano, le donne vegane in gravidanza dovrebbero farsi controllare da un medico l&#8217;apporto di sostanze nutritive come vitamina B12, DHA, zinco, proteine, ferro, calcio e iodio.<br \/>\nProbabilmente sar\u00e0 necessario assumere diversi integratori alimentari per coprire completamente il fabbisogno di nutrienti e quello del bambino.   <\/p>\n<h3>Quanto caff\u00e8 posso bere in gravidanza?<\/h3>\n<p>  Le donne in gravidanza non devono rinunciare completamente al caff\u00e8 e alle altre bevande contenenti
