bouwsteen van het schildklierhormoon tetraiodothyronine of thyroxine (afgekort T3), dat wordt geproduceerd in de schildklier en onder andere de snelheid van de stofwisseling regelt.<br \/>\nHet spoorelement is ook betrokken bij het regelen van de groei, botvorming en hersenontwikkeling van de groeiende baby in de baarmoeder.<br \/>\nVoldoende jodium kan het risico op mensen werden in deze studie opgenomen.<br \/>\nVolgens de studie consumeren grote delen van de bevolking te veel suiker en bloem, maar te weinig vitaminen en sporenelementen.<br \/>\nMet betrekking tot jodium bleek uit dit nationale consumptieonderzoek (NVS, resultatenrapport deel 2) dat 74% van de onderzochte vrouwen in de leeftijd van 19-24 jaar een jodiumtekort had, ook al gebruikten ze al gejodeerd zout.<br \/>\nIn de leeftijdsgroep van 25 tot 34 jaar heeft 60,9% een onvoldoende jodiuminname en in de leeftijdsgroep van 35 tot 50 jaar heeft meer dan de helft een jodiumtekort.<br \/>\nAls er geen gejodeerd keukenzout wordt gebruikt bij het koken, voldoet tussen 99,1% en 97,4% van de vrouwen in de leeftijd van 19 tot 50 jaar niet aan hun minimale dagelijkse jodiumbehoefte via zwangerschap?<\/h2>\n<p>  De Iodine Deficiency Working Group en beroepsverenigingen raden aan om vanaf het begin van de zwangerschap elke dag 150 tot 200 microgram jodium in de vorm van tabletten in te nemen, omdat de verhoogde behoefte aan jodium moeilijk via de normale voeding is op te vangen. Daar komt nog bij dat aanstaande moeders nog meer jodium nodig hebben &#8211; het bewezen jodiumtekort zou navenant hoger zijn.<em>&#8220;De vraag naar jodiumtekortprofylaxe in Duitsland geldt in het bijzonder voor vrouwen tijdens de zwangerschap en borstvoeding<\/em>&#8220;, zegt het Federale Gezondheidsbureau.<br \/>\nNet als het Bundesinstitut f\u00fcr Gesundheitsschutz beveelt het de volgende maatregelen aan:<br \/>\n1. uitsluitend gebruik van gejodeerd tafelzout of gejodeerde tafelzoutvervangers in het huishouden.<br \/>\n2. Geef de voorkeur aan voedingsmiddelen die met gejodeerd keukenzout zijn bereid, vooral brood en vleesproducten.<br \/>\n3. regelmatige consumptie van zeevis.<br \/>\nZeevis is namelijk zowel een goede natuurlijke bron van jodium als een leverancier van de belangrijke omega-3 vetzuren DHA en EPA.<br \/>\nMelk bevat ook jodium.<br \/>\n4. aanvullende dagelijkse inname van 150 tot 200 \u00b5g &#8211; bijvoorbeeld in de vorm van voedingssupplementen die zijn aangepast aan de zwangerschapsbehoeften.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" gebruikt.<br \/>\nVooral tijdens de zwangerschap en borstvoeding is een extra voorraad belangrijk voor een gezonde ontwikkeling van het kind en de hormoonhuishouding.<br \/>\nEen voedingssupplement met 150 \u00b5g tot 200 \u00b5g jodium (bijvoorbeeld amitamin\u00ae fertil F) kan daarom een waardevolle bijdrage leveren aan een gezonde zwangerschap.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style
