Je kunt immers evenwichtig en gezond eten. Het volgende is ook wettelijk verplicht op alle verpakkingen van voedingssupplementen: &#8220;Voedingssupplementen zijn geen vervanging voor een evenwichtige en gezonde voeding en levensstijl.&#8221; Niemand bestrijdt dit: je kunt over het algemeen gezond en evenwichtig eten zonder tekorten aan vitamines en sporenelementen of de omega-3 vetzuren uit vis DHA en EPA. De DGE e.V. raadt onder andere aan om minstens vijf porties vers fruit en groenten per dag te eten en twee keer per week vette zeevis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" en in het bijzonder de groep vrouwen tussen 19 en 35 zodanig dat een groot deel van hen tekorten heeft aan een hele reeks vitaminen, spoorelementen en mineralen.<br \/>\nEen studie in opdracht van het federale ministerie van Voeding, Landbouw en Consumentenbescherming heeft dit aangetoond<em>(National Consumption Study 2008<\/em>).<br \/>\nDe eetgewoonten van meer dan 20.000 Duitsers werden gedurende een jaar nauwkeurig geregistreerd en geanalyseerd.<br \/>\nHet aandeel vrouwen tussen 19 en 35 jaar dat in werkelijkheid niet eens de aanbevolen minimumhoeveelheid (NRV) consumeert, is:     <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foliumzuur: 80% van de vrouwen zit onder de minimale NRV van 200 mcg per dag,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine B1: 29% van de vrouwen zit onder de minimale NRV van 1,0 mcg per dag,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine B2: 24% van de vrouwen zit onder de minimale NRV van 1,4 mcg per dag,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine B6: 14% van de vrouwen zit onder de minimale NRV van 1,4 mcg per dag,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine B12: 30% van de vrouwen zit onder de minimale NRV van 2,5 mcg per dag,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine D: 93% van de vrouwen zit onder de minimale NRV van 5 mcg per dag,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine C: 32% van de vrouwen zit onder de minimale NRV van 80 mg per dag,<\/li>\n<li>Vitamine E: 48% van de vrouwen zit onder de minimale NRW van 12 mg per situatie is niet veel beter als het gaat om mineralen en spoorelementen.<br \/>\nVrouwen tussen 19 en 35 jaar hebben een dieet met weinig ijzer, zink, calcium en magnesium:   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>81% van de vrouwen krijgt niet genoeg ijzer binnen,<\/li>\n<li>21% krijgt niet genoeg zink binnen,<\/li>\n<li>32% krijgt niet genoeg magnesium binnen<\/li>\n<li>51% krijgt niet genoeg calcium binnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" meerderheid van de bevolking haar voeding aanzienlijk moet veranderen om een minimumniveau aan micronutri\u00ebnten (vitamines, spoorelementen, essenti\u00eble vetzuren, aminozuren) binnen te krijgen.<br \/>\nVoedingssupplementen &#8211; en dus de gerichte verbetering van de inname van essenti\u00eble vitamines en spoorelementen &#8211; kunnen helpen om deze tekorten te compenseren, vooral itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Hoe groot is de behoefte aan vitamines en spoorelementen tijdens de zwangerschap?<\/h2>\n<p>  Er is een gezegde dat zegt dat je tijdens de zwangerschap voor twee moet eten.<br \/>\nDit is gewaagd, maar niet helemaal waar.<br \/>\nZelfs in het tweede en derde trimester heeft een zwangere vrouw maar ongeveer 15% &#8211; 20% extra energie nodig (koolhydraten, eiwitten, vetten).<br \/>\nIn het eerste trimester is de extra energiebehoefte slechts 10%.<br \/>\nZwangere vrouwen hebben echter 50% tot 100% meer van verschillende vitamines en spoorelementen nodig &#8211; in sommige gevallen al vanaf zo vroeg mogelijk voor de zwangerschap (foliumzuur!).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
