\/>\nAls je met de trein reist, zorg er dan wel voor dat je voldoende tijd hebt om over te stappen.    <\/p>\n<h3>Reizen naar het buitenland tijdens de zwangerschap<\/h3>\n<p>  Informeer naar de medische behandelingsmogelijkheden op je bestemming voordat je op reis gaat en bereid je voor op taalbarri\u00e8res.<br \/>\nJe huisarts kan je informeren over de medicijnen die je mee moet nemen en de vaccinaties die je nodig hebt.<br \/>\nDenk ook na over de nodige extra verzekeringsdekking, die ook repatri\u00ebring omvat.<br \/>\nWees kritisch met eten en drinken op reis.<br \/>\nEet geen
