\/>\nOm man inte anv\u00e4nder joderat bordssalt vid matlagning f\u00e5r mellan 99,1 % och 97,4 % av kvinnorna i \u00e5ldern 19-50 \u00e5r inte i sig det dagliga minimibehovet av jod genom sin normala Till detta kommer det faktum att blivande m\u00f6drar beh\u00f6ver \u00e4nnu mer jod &#8211; den bevisade jodbristen skulle vara motsvarande h\u00f6gre.<em>&#8221;Kravet p\u00e5 jodbristprofylax i Tyskland g\u00e4ller s\u00e4rskilt kvinnor under graviditet och amning<\/em>&#8221;, s\u00e4ger Federal Health Office.<br \/>\nI likhet med Federal Institute for Consumer Health Protection rekommenderar man f\u00f6ljande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder:<br \/>\n1. uteslutande anv\u00e4ndning av joderat bordssalt eller substitut f\u00f6r joderat bordssalt i hush\u00e5llet<br \/>\n2. gynna livsmedel som framst\u00e4llts med joderat bordssalt, s\u00e4rskilt br\u00f6d och k\u00f6ttprodukter<br \/>\n3. Regelbunden konsumtion av havsfisk.<br \/>\nHavsfisk \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen b\u00e5de en bra naturlig k\u00e4lla till jod och en leverant\u00f6r av de viktiga omega-3-fettsyrorna DHA och EPA.<br \/>\nMj\u00f6lk inneh\u00e5ller ocks\u00e5 jod.<br \/>\n4. Ett extra dagligt intag p\u00e5 150-200 \u00b5g &#8211; t.ex. i form av kosttillskott som \u00e4r anpassade efter graviditetens behov.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
