kost, som inneh\u00e5ller gr\u00f6nsaker, frukt, baljv\u00e4xter och fullkornsprodukter samt mj\u00f6lk och mejeriprodukter och \u00e4gg, kan t\u00e4cka behovet av de flesta n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen under graviditeten.<br \/>\nMen precis som alla andra gravida kvinnor b\u00f6r vegetarianer ocks\u00e5 ta folsyra och jod och, om de inte \u00e4ter fisk regelbundet, omega-3-fettsyrorna DHA och EPA.   <\/p>\n<h3>\u00c4r det m\u00f6jligt att \u00e4ta en vegansk kost under graviditeten?<\/h3>\n<p>  F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att det of\u00f6dda barnet f\u00e5r tillr\u00e4ckligt med alla n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen och kan utvecklas p\u00e5 ett h\u00e4lsosamt s\u00e4tt b\u00f6r gravida veganer f\u00e5 sin tillg\u00e5ng till n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen som vitamin B12, DHA, zink, protein, j\u00e4rn, kalcium och jod kontrollerad av en l\u00e4kare.<br \/>\nDet kommer f\u00f6rmodligen att bli n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att ta olika n\u00e4ringstillskott f\u00f6r att helt t\u00e4cka
